I don't really know what AI features I need. Is that a problem?
No, that's the most common starting point. Book a 30-minute call — usually we can tell you in that call whether AI helps you, or whether a Strategy Sprint is the better starting point, or whether you don't actually need AI yet.
How does payment work?
50% at project start, 50% on delivery. For AI Tech Partner: monthly invoice in advance.
What if the project grows beyond the initial scope?
We define scope clearly upfront. Changes or additions are estimated separately — no surprises.
What AI technologies do you use?
We pick per project — usually OpenAI or Anthropic as the AI brain, plus a small set of supporting tools chosen for what your feature needs. The full stack is on our About page if your CTO wants to dig in.
Do we need an AI audit before a feature sprint?
Only for the Multi-Agent option (€22,000–35,000) do we require a prior Audit or Strategy Sprint for scoping. For Light and Full sprints, a discovery call is enough.
