Goal and access
You describe what the application should do and give me read access to the code. Then the fixed price and the date are set.

Review
I read code and architecture and check them against what can go wrong in operation. I do not touch your running system.

Report and action plan
One to two weeks after the start you receive both in writing, sorted by urgency. I answer follow-up questions within one business day.
Frequently asked questions
Our application was built with AI. Is that a problem?
Not as such. AI tools write code that runs, fast. What only shows up in operation is easy for them to miss: interfaces without login, credentials in plain text, missing legal requirements. That is exactly what I look for.
Do we have to change anything in our system?
No. I need read access to the code. The running system stays untouched.
Who fixes the findings?
Your team or your existing provider. The action plan and the instructions are written so that both can work with them directly.
