We agree on what the solution should do and how we will recognise that it does. That sets the scope and the fixed price.

Build and measure
I build the solution with your real data and check how often it gets things right before anyone works with it day to day. You receive a written update every week.

The solution goes into operation. Your team receives documentation and a handover and can carry it on without me.

Where does our data live?
We settle that before anything is built. Where your data requires it, the solution runs in the EU or on your own servers, with a language model you host yourself if needed.
What if you are not around?
The solution is documented and handed over to your team. Another developer can carry it on without starting from zero.
What rights do we have to the solution?
You receive a permanent, unrestricted right of use for everything I build for you. That holds whether or not we keep working together afterwards.
How do we work together?
Mostly in writing: an update every week, questions by email, an answer within one business day. We talk when a decision is due.
What happens after the eight weeks?
