We have no developers of our own. Does this still work?
Yes, that is exactly what the offers are made for. I need someone on your side who knows the processes, and access to the systems. I take care of the technical part.
Are we too small for this?
The offers are made for companies with 10 to 500 employees. If you have an ERP, Excel sheets and processes that run by hand, you have enough material for a first use case.
Where does our data live?
We settle that before anything is built. Where your data requires it, the solution runs in the EU or on your own servers, with a language model you host yourself if needed.
What if you are not around?
Every solution is documented and handed over to your team. Another developer can carry it on without starting from zero.
How do we work together?
Mostly in writing: an update every week, questions by email, an answer within one business day. We talk when a decision is due. In the Rhineland I also come by in person.
