AI Potential Check

After half a day to a full day with you and your processes you know where AI really takes work off your hands: three concrete use cases, in writing, each with effort, benefit and the state of your data.

€1,500 – €2,500

Price

½ to 1 day

Duration

Who it is for

For owners and department heads of companies with 10 to 500 employees who are supposed to do something with AI and want to know where a start is worth it. You do not need developers or AI know-how in-house.

What is included

  • Conversations with you and the people who do the work today
  • A look at processes, documents and data sources: ERP, Excel, email, file storage
  • Three concrete use cases, in writing and in plain language
  • For each use case: effort, expected benefit and what your data can support
  • An assessment of which data must stay in the EU or on your own servers
  • A recommendation on where to start, and where not to

Not included

  • The implementation. That is what the AI Pilot in Production is for.
  • Strategy papers and slides without a concrete use case

Process

30 minutes online: your goal, the processes involved and who should join the analysis day.

  2. 02

    Analysis day

Half a day to a full day, remote or at your site in the Rhineland. I look at the processes, talk to the people involved and review the data sources.

  3. 03

    Written result

You receive three use cases with effort, benefit and data situation. I answer follow-up questions within one business day.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need clean data first?

No. The check shows exactly where your data stands and what needs to happen before AI can use it.

What if no use case is worth it for us?

Then the result says so. You save yourself a project that would not have paid off, and you know what would have to change first.

What happens after the check?

You decide. You can build one use case with me as an AI Pilot in Production. The result is yours, also for building it in-house or with another provider.

Do we have to hand over data?

I need to see processes and examples to assess them. What exactly that means, and what stays in-house, we settle in the first call.
