Second opinion on an AI proposal
You have a proposal from an agency or a software house on the table? I review scope, architecture, data protection and price and tell you what is missing and what is too much. In writing, within one week.
Who it is for
For owners and department heads with a proposal for an AI project on the table who want to know, before they sign, whether scope, solution and price fit together. You do not need technical know-how in-house.
What is included
- Review of the proposal and the documents that come with it, such as a concept, a specification or a timeline
- Scope: what is included, what is missing and what is too much
- Architecture: whether the proposed solution fits your systems and data, and whether your team can run it later
- Data protection: where your data is processed, which services are involved and what needs to be settled in the contract
- Price: whether the effort is plausible for this scope
- A written result with concrete questions and change requests you can put to the provider
Not included
- Negotiating with the provider on your behalf
- Legal advice on the contract
- The implementation. That is what the AI Pilot in Production is for.
Process
- 1
Send the proposal
You send me the proposal with its documents and write a few sentences about what the project should achieve. Then the fixed price and the date are set.
- 2
Review
I read the proposal against your goal, your systems and your data. Where something is unclear, I ask in writing.
- 3
Written result
One week after the start you receive the assessment in writing: what is missing, what is too much and which questions you should put to the provider. I answer follow-up questions within one business day.
Frequently asked questions
What if the proposal is good?
Then the result says so. You sign with a clear conscience and know what to watch for during the project.
Will the provider find out?
Only if you want them to. I work with the documents you give me and only talk to the provider if you ask me to.
Do you want to build the project yourself afterwards?
That is not what the second opinion is about. You receive an assessment of the proposal in front of you. Whether you then continue with the provider, with someone else or with me is your decision.
Tell me what you still do by hand.
I will get back to you within one business day with proposed times for a 30-minute online call.
