RESPONSE TIME
How fast we respond
We respond to messages within 24 business hours — often much faster, but never slower. We're a senior engineering partner you can rely on without paying for a full-time hire. We're not a 24/7 incident response team.
If your AI feature breaks at 3am, we'll fix it — but we'll fix it during our next working window, not at 3am. For most teams this is fine, because AI features rarely fail in ways that need a 3am fix. If your situation needs round-the-clock response, you need an in-house engineer, not a part-time partner.
