We learn what your product does, who your customers are, what your team has tried, and what success would look like.
Days 1-5 — We do the thinking (async)
You send us materials: product overview, customer pain points, current data, what competitors are shipping. We analyse. We may ask follow-up questions in writing. We don't fill your calendar.
Day 5-7 — Written strategy delivered
A 15-25 page document with: where AI fits in your product (and where it shouldn't), 3 ranked feature opportunities with build-vs-buy analysis, recommended approach per feature, cost estimates for build and ongoing operation, risk analysis, and a suggested first feature with scope and pricing for an AI Feature Sprint.
Day 7 — Walkthrough (60 min, scheduled)
We walk you through the document. You ask. We answer. You leave with a plan you can defend to your board.

- Not a one-day sprint. We need a full week to give you a properly considered strategy.
- Not implementation. The strategy ends with a recommended next step (usually an AI Feature Sprint to build the top opportunity), priced separately.
